This October, Cygnets becomes Pumpkins!
Give your child a fun-filled day of creativity, adventure and new experiences at Pumpkins. Designed for children in Reception and Year 1, our holiday club offers an exciting mix of creative activities, sports, play and specialist sessions, all in a safe and welcoming environment.
With our experienced Early Years team on hand throughout the day, children can have fun, try something new and make friends, while you can relax knowing they are in safe hands.
Early Risers | 8.00am–9.00am
Start the day at their own pace with our Early Risers session. Children can enjoy free play and choose from a variety of activities, all supervised by our experienced Early Years team.
Please note that breakfast is not provided during Early Risers.
Pumpkins | 9.00am–4.30pm
There’s plenty to keep children busy throughout the day, with activities including:
- Arts and crafts
- Fun cookery
- Multi-sports
- Indoor and outdoor play
- Kapla
- Indoor archery
- Bouncy castle
- And much more!
Special activities for October 2026 include Drama with Sammie, Curious Creatures, Martial Arts, Robot Wars Experience, Young Engineers and Jewellery Making.
Please note that some specialist activities are available on specific days only.
Pumpkins is based in the Halse Pavilion, with daytime activities running from 9.00am–4.30pm.
Please provide a packed lunch and drinks for your child each day.
Night Owls | 4.30pm–6.00pm
Need a little more flexibility at the end of the day? Our popular Night Owls session extends the fun until 6.00pm and includes tea, with a selection of sandwiches and cold buffet food.
Collection is between 5.30pm and 6.00pm. If you need to collect your child earlier, please let the Holiday Action team know.
