  • Saturday School Assistant

    We are seeking to appoint an outstanding individual on a Saturday morning to welcome children to our Saturday School activities. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact to King’s High School. As many parents will have not visited the school before, a friendly and welcoming manner is essential. The children attending Saturday School are Year 5 pupils from external schools.

    The role is every Saturday morning for termly sessions of approximately 8 weeks with the dates agreed prior to the start of each term. Each session runs from 09:00 to 12:00, with reception being open from 08:45. You will receive full training.

    The salary scale for this role is P12 which equates to £13.22 per hour.

  • Gardener/Grounds Person, Professional Services

    We are looking to recruit a Gardener/Grounds Person to assist the Grounds Manager\Deputy Grounds Manager in the maintenance, development and upkeep of the grounds, all grass, and hard\artificial pitches.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Maintain the lawns, playing fields, artificial pitches and hardcourt areas to a high standard ensuring they are safe and fit for purpose.
    • To mark and set out pitches for football, rugby, cricket and athletics and associated sports equipment and other areas as required and in liaison with the Sports Departments.
    • To ensure all grounds plant and machinery are checked before use, reporting any defects to the Grounds Manager\Deputy Grounds Manager.

    Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year 5 over 7 days, primarily Monday to Friday 07.00 – 16.00 (Additional hours required from time to time to support school events or project work)

    Pay Banding: Salary Grade 16 to 19 (£24’957 - £26’761 dependent on experience)

    Location: On-site at Warwick Campus & Leamington Campus

    Start Date: As soon as available

    Reporting to: Grounds Manager.

    Also accountable to: Deputy Grounds Manager

  • Marketing Officer, Professional Services

    We are looking to recruit a Marketing officer to start as soon as possible. The successful candidate will support campaign, CRM and content activity aimed at driving enquirer and applicant numbers, predominantly for Warwick Junior School. They will also work on a range of cross-Foundation projects to support other parts of the Foundation, from commercial activity to community partnerships.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • To work with the Foundation and School Marketing Managers and in the planning and execution of operational marketing.
    • To support the delivery of integrated campaigns across Warwick Senior and Junior Schools and Foundation-wide initiatives, including working with our media buying agency and briefing in campaigns as instructed.
    • To develop and create content for use in paid-for marketing campaigns for schools and Foundation purposes

    Hours of Work: Full time, all year round

    Pay Banding: Grade 19-22 (£24,754 – £26,527 dependent on experience)

    Location: On site at Warwick Campus

    Start Date: Summer 2024
