  • Teaching Assistant: Early Years Foundation Stage at The Kingsley School

    The Kingsley School is seeking to appoint a temporary Teaching Assistant from February 2025 to work in the school's Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Some of the main duties of the role include:

    • to provide support for our youngest pupils in the EYFS, the teacher and the school in order to raise standards of achievement for all pupils in the EYFS
    • to encourage pupils to become independent learners
    • to ensure their safety and welfare and support the inclusion of pupils in all aspects of school life.
    • to work as part of a team of early years educators delivering the highest quality of care and education
    • to contribute to the provision and maintenance of a healthy, stimulating, safe, enabling and aesthetically pleasing learning environment.

     It is an essential requirement for the applicant to have an Early Years Practitioner qualification.

    Salary: £12,591 per annum (actual).

    Hours: 21 hours per week (3 full days working from 8am – 4pm) term time only plus INSET days.

  • Senior Science Technician-Warwick School

    Warwick Schools Foundation are looking to appoint a Senior Science Technician. The role of Science Technician at Warwick School is vital for the successful and efficient delivery of the Science curriculum throughout the school. 
    We are looking to appoint a positive, reliable, and knowledgeable individual who can support the staff and students in the department with their experimental work, whilst being a strong team player within a large and very successful academic department.

    Duties of the role include: 

    • Enable the planning of practical work by maintaining planning and Scheme of Work systems with Head of Department.
    • To resource, prepare and recover scientific apparatus and equipment from demonstrations and class practical work and all assessed practical work in accordance with 
    specifications.
    • To coordinate the planning and technical support of lunchtime Science Clubs, as required by the Head of Department.

    • To prepare in conjunction with the Head of Department, the Departmental budget for the coming financial year
    • Purchasing, tracking, and monitoring of all orders and departmental spend, querying issues with the finance team.

    Hours of Work: The role is 37 hours a week, 41.4 weeks per year (term-time only including INSET days, 
    plus 6 weeks), working 8.30am to 4.30pm.

    Pay Banding: Point 16 - Point 19.

    Actual Salary: £22,192 - £23,543

    FTE £23,800 - £25,249

    Location: On Site, Warwick Campus - Myton Road
