  • Catering Assistant

    We are seeking to appoint a Catering Assistant with excellent customer service skills to assist our busy and thriving Catering department. 

    The successful candidate will be able to:

    • assist with food preparation and the service of all meals 
    • assist in the preparation of the dining room and kitchen ready for service
    • ensure the kitchen and dining room are cleaned and maintained to a high standard during and after service
    • comply with Statutory Regulations pertaining to the safe and hygienic operation of the kitchen as directed by the Head Chef or Front of House Manager.

    Hours of work : 27.5 hours per week, working five over seven days from 9:15am to 2:45pm, term time only (including INSET and 3 days)

    Salary: Spine point 11, £14,157 per annum actual salary

  • Foundation Office Administrative Assistant

    Warwick Schools Foundation is seeking to appoint a Foundation Office Administrative Assistant to support the work of the central charity’s executive office, known as ‘the Foundation Office’.

    The post-holder will work closely in a team comprising Personal Assistant to the Foundation Principal, the Bursar, the Governance Manager (currently on maternity leave), and the Foundation Office Administrator.

    The Foundation Office Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the successful operations of the Foundation Office.

    The successful applicant will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, possess strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and the capacity to effectively multitask and manage priorities. Proficient in Microsoft skills like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    Hours of Work : 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday), all year round

    Salary : Pay band between 19 to 22. 
                  Point 19 FTE is £25,956 per annum to Point 22 FTE is £27,815 per annum

  • Casual Theatre Technicians

    We are seeking to appoint Casual Theatre Technicians.

    Suitable candidates will:

    • Assist with rigging and setting up of lighting sound, A.V. and staging equipment under the direction of the Technical Manager​

    • Operating lighting, sound or video on events​

    • Assist with the setup of A.V. equipment across the Foundation

    • Act as Duty Technician to support in house productions and visiting companies​

    • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve any problems where possible.​

    • Assist with general technical housekeeping​

    • Maintain a positive relationship with all staff, students and clients, through effective, professional communication.

    Salary: £14.47 per hour (£12.37 plus £2.10 holiday pay)

  • Sports Centre Assistant Manager

    We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Sports Centre Assistant Manager.

    We seek an experienced and proactive leader to oversee the daily operations of the WISF Sports Centres, including the Astros, Tennis, and Netball facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the centre, solving any operational challenges, and maintaining the highest standards of service and facility management.

    You will provide transparent, constructive, and timely feedback to staff and offer strong leadership and support in all situations, including emergencies.

    This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by leading a dedicated team in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

    The main responsibilities will be:

    To act as a deputy to the Sports Centre Operations Manager.
     
    To be responsible for the successful operation of all Sports Facilities and Swim School.
     
    To act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead for the Sports Centre.

    Working hours: 37.5 Hours per week, five over seven days per week

    Salary: £27,815 to £30,576

    Predicted working hours:

    Camps during school holidays, Monday to Friday, 
    08:00-16:00, 3-5 days inclusive
    Clubs Monday to Friday 18:00-20:00 
    Weekends 09:00-12:00

  • Apprentice Chef

    We are seeking to appoint an Apprentice Chef with a passion to learn how to cook fresh produce to a high standard and receptive to learning from other team-members.

    The post holder will report to the Head Chef.

    The post is all year around working on any 5 days between Monday to Sunday for 37.5 hours per week.

    The salary is Point 7 of Foundation support scales which is equivalent to £10 per hour and the actual annual salary would be equivalent to £19,500 per annum.
