  • Content and Communications Senior Officer

    We are seeking to appoint a Content and Communications Senior Officer to help a busy and thriving Marketing Department to promote the activities of the Foundation and its five schools.

    The post-holder will take a leading role in the development of content assets for Warwick Schools Foundation, including written and video content that explains the work of the Foundation as a whole. The successful applicant will be creative in the use of digital channels as effective conduits for quality and engaging content, generating great content and using a range of channels to reach the widest possible audiences including, but not limited to, prospective parents, current parents and the local community across Warwickshire.

    The role will report to the Senior Marketing Manager.

    Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am –5pm

    Salary range : WSF Support Pay Scale Points 24-27 (£28,219 -£31,041 per annum)

    Location : On Site, Warwick campus with travel to our Leamington campus.

  • Site Operative

    We are looking for a Site Operative to join the Facilities team with responsibilities for Site Security and Operations. 

    Key responsibilities include:

    Site Security

    • To undertake opening and locking procedures ensuring security of the campus as and when required within the shift pattern rota.
    • To participate in response service for all fire, intruder, and emergency responses.

    Operations:

    • To check the site daily, keeping the site free of rubbish, debris and that the waste\recycling service is collected, report any areas of concern to the Operations Supervisor.
    • To undertake planned preventative maintenance such as gutter and drain clearing.

    Working hours: 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday 07:00 – 16:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break). Will be on the weekend rota (covering 07:00 – 16:00) one weekend in every 8 weekends.

    Working weeks: 52 weeks per year

    Pay Banding: (11-14) £25,397 to £26,278

  • Casual Theatre Technicians

    We are seeking to appoint Casual Theatre Technicians.

    Suitable candidates will:

    • Assist with rigging and setting up of lighting sound, A.V. and staging equipment under the direction of the Technical Manager​

    • Operating lighting, sound or video on events​

    • Assist with the setup of A.V. equipment across the Foundation

    • Act as Duty Technician to support in house productions and visiting companies​

    • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve any problems where possible.​

    • Assist with general technical housekeeping​

    • Maintain a positive relationship with all staff, students and clients, through effective, professional communication.

    Salary: £14.47 per hour (£12.37 plus £2.10 holiday pay)

    Predicted working hours:
    Monday-Friday 17:30-21:30
    Saturday-Sunday 08:00-18:00

  • Sports Centre Duty Manager

    We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Sports Centre Duty Manager due to promotions within the team. 

    We seek an experienced and proactive leader to oversee the daily operations of the WISF Sports Centres, including the Astros, Tennis, and Netball facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the centre, solving any operational challenges, and maintaining the highest standards of service and facility management.

    You will provide transparent, constructive, and timely feedback to staff and offer strong leadership and support in all situations, including emergencies. ​

    This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by leading a dedicated team in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

    Working hours: 37.5 Hours per week, five over seven days per week

    Salary: £26,307 to £28,990
