  • Admissions Officer - Professional Services

    We are looking for an Admissions Officer to support admissions across our schools in the Foundation.

    Post Title: 

    Admissions Officer (fixed term until January 2025) 

    Hours of Work: 

    Monday – Friday, 8am – 4.30pm 

    Pay Banding: 

    £28,783 to £31,662 

    Location: 

    On Site / Warwick Campus  

    Start Date: 

    ASAP

    Reporting Lines 

    The post holder will report to the Director of Marketing and Admissions. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure the admissions processes are administered promptly and effectively, including processing registration forms, arranging tours, offers and acceptances and maintaining the registration and waiting lists.  
    • Manage and take responsibility for all aspects of the admissions process e.g. interviews and school visits for all applications to ensure that applicants receive a positive impression of the school and that our schools are the first choice for prospective parents and students in the area. 
    • Support work to recruit pupils at all entry points of the Foundation’s schools as required.

  • Casual Leisure Attendant (Sports Centre)

  • Casual Theatre Technician - Professional Services

    Warwick School is seeking to appoint a Casual Theatre Technician from August 2024. The primary duties of Casual Theatre Technician is to work very closely with the Technical Manager to support all aspects of audiovisual event delivery with internal users and external clients.

  • Casual Sports Coaches (Professional Services)

    Warwick Schools Foundation are looking to appoint Casual Sports Coaches from a variety of backgrounds to help a busy and thriving department with up-and-coming sport camps and activities!

    Duties of the role include: 

    • To plan, set up and deliver sport specific classroom based and physical sessions based on the chosen sport of the camp that meet the camps age criteria and needs (dependent on qualifications) and to undertake all administrative tasks associated with the position, including Camp registers. 
    • Coaches to provide supervision and direction to Sport Camp Assistants & participants. 
    • Sport Camp Assistants to aid coaches with session and activity needs. 

    Hours of Work: Casual – Zero Hour contract. Typical working hours are 8:30am – 3.30pm with subject to camp needs. Camps will be during school holidays

    Pay Banding: Point 33 – £19.19 per hour + holiday pay (£22.42 total)

  • Swimming Teachers (Level 1 and 2) - Sports Centre

    We are seeking to appoint Casual Swimming Teachers for our outstanding Swim School.

    The ideal candidate will have ASA or STA level one or above, the Teacher Rescue Award and at least 6 months' experience coaching swimming to children; a Lifeguard or First Aid at Work qualification would be advantageous.  Excellent communication skills are a must, as is the ability to quickly build rapport with children and parents.

    The role is mainly for weekends and some lessons in the week days during the holiday. 

    Hourly rate: These rates include the cost of living pay increase applicable from September 2023.

    • Level 1: Support Staff Point 22 to 25: £16.45 per hour including holiday pay (£14.06 per hour excluding holiday pay) to £18.09 per hour including holiday pay (£15.46 excluding holiday pay)
    • Level 2: Support Staff Point 27-30 : £19.25 including holiday pay (£17.95 excluding holiday pay) to £21.00 per hour including holiday pay (£17.95 per hour excluding holiday pay)
