  • Catering Assistant

    We are seeking to appoint a Catering Assistant with excellent customer service skills to assist our busy and thriving Catering department. 

    The successful candidate will be able to:

    • assist with food preparation and the service of all meals 
    • assist in the preparation of the dining room and kitchen ready for service
    • ensure the kitchen and dining room are cleaned and maintained to a high standard during and after service
    • comply with Statutory Regulations pertaining to the safe and hygienic operation of the kitchen as directed by the Head Chef or Front of House Manager.

    Hours of work : 37.5 hours per week, working five over seven days from 8:00am to 16:00pm, term time only (including INSET and 3 days)

    Salary: Spine point 11, £19,305 per annum actual salary

  • Admission Registrar – The Kingsley School

    We are seeking to appoint an Admission Registrar for The Kingsley School.

    The postholder will play an integral role supporting recruitment at the Foundation and Kingsley School in particular, by supporting prospective pupils’ families to find the right School for them, through the applicant journey and into enrolment. This role will be responsible for building prosperous relationships with prospective parents and applicants, leading all aspects of the admissions process from initial enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring our communications with prospective families and our agents are timely, transparent, and engaging. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail are essential, as well as excellent administration skills, including database management.

    The role will report to the Foundation Director of Marketing and Admissions. 

    Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

    Salary range : £29,589 to £32,549 per annum

  • Cleaning Operative

    We are seeking to appoint a Cleaning Operative for the Foundation.

    Duties include cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, and communal areas by dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.

    The role also involves sanitising toilets and washrooms, replenishing supplies, emptying bins, and disinfecting high touch surfaces such as door handles and desks. They are expected to report maintenance issues, adhere to cleaning schedules, store materials safely, and act in accordance with the school’s safeguarding policies.

    Hours of work: 20 hours per week, 4pm to 8pm, Monday to Friday

    Working weeks: 35.4 weeks per year i.e term-time plus inset
    Actual Salary : £10,124 per annum (FTE : £23,492 pa)

  • Kitchen Porter

    Warwick Schools Foundation is seeking to appoint a Kitchen Porter to support in the kitchen. The position is to ensure the kitchen and dining room are cleaned and maintained to a high standard both during and after service and also includes, but not limited to handwashing cooking equipment, tins etc. operating and cleaning the dishwasher, ensuring all storage areas are cleaned and well maintained, and correctly storing, labelling and rotating food items.

    The successful applicant will have previous experience of working in a busy catering environment and an appreciation of cleanliness and hygiene standards.

    Working hours : 15 hours per week from 12:00-15:00 (5 over 7 days) 
    Working weeks : 36 weeks per year (term-time plus Inset plus 3 days).

    Salary : Foundation Pay Point 11, which is equivalent to £7,722 per annum pro-rata salary (£23,492 per annum FTE).
