  • Marketing Officer - Warwick Schools Enterprise Ltd

    We are looking for a Marketing Officer to support campaign, CRM and content activity aimed at driving enquiries and bookings for products and services which fall at Warwick Schools Enterprise.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To work with the Foundation and School Marketing Managers and in the planning and execution of operational marketing.
    • To support the delivery of integrated campaigns across Warwick Schools Enterprise Ltd initiatives, including working with our media buying agency and briefing in campaigns as instructed.
    • To develop and create content for use in paid-for marketing campaigns.
    • To review and update website content for commercial activities, ensuring content is accurate and consistent in partnership with the wider WSEL team and seeking advice and guidance from the Foundation Digital Marketing Manager

     

    Working hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.

    Working weeks: Year round

    Location: On site at Warwick Campus

    Pay Banding: Grade 19-22 (£24,754 – £26,527 dependent on experience)

  • Site Operative - Professional Services

    We are looking for a Site Operative to join the Facilities team with responsibilities for Site Security and Operations. 

    Key responsibilities include:

    Site Security

    • To undertake opening and locking procedures ensuring security of the campus as and when required within the shift pattern rota.
    • To participate in response service for all fire, intruder, and emergency responses.

    Operations:

    • To check the site daily, keeping the site free of rubbish, debris and that the waste\recycling service is collected, report any areas of concern to the Operations Supervisor.
    • To undertake planned preventative maintenance such as gutter and drain clearing.

    Working hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 19:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break). Will be on the weekend rota working one weekend every 8 weekends.
    Working weeks: 52

    Location: On-site - Warwick Campus
    Pay Banding: (11-14) £23,213 - £24,209

  • Front of House & Hospitality Manager

    We are looking for a Front of House - Hospitality Manager to manage, supervise and co-ordinate the successful service of all food provision (core feeding dining service and hospitality) at school to pupils, staff, visitors and guests to the agreed standards, budget targets and within agreed timescales.

    Overall Objectives:

    1. To take ownership of and manage in a professional and efficient manner the day-to-day Front of House and Hospitality operation element of the catering services at school, ensuring the customers using all aspects of the catering service consistently experience the highest possible standards of service and food presentation.     2. To work with the Head of Food Operations and Executive Head Chef to continuously introduce innovation and inject interest into the service offer

    Hours: Flexible as the service demands dictate, with a ‘normal’ day being from 8.00am to 4.00pm (circa. 37.5 hrs per week) 44.4 weeks a year.

    Salary: Point 24 – 27 (£28,219 - £31,041)

  • Assistant Sports Centre Manager

    We are looking for an Assistant Sports Centre Manager to support with the increased needs of the Sports Centre at Warwick Schools Foundation. 

    Key Tasks and Responsibilities: 

    • To act as the first point of escalation for operational queries and provide support and guidance on general issues, escalating to the Sports Central Operational Manager where appropriate.
    • To assist in managing the day-to-day operations of all sports facilities, including pool plant management. • Responsible for leading Swim School, including (but not limited to) programme development, shift management, complaint handling, and ensuring the smooth operation of the programme.
    • Managing the workload of the Duty Supervisors and Leisure Attendants

    Hours: Full-time for 37.5 hours per week. Working 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis. 

    Salary: Grad Point 22-25 (£26,886 - £29,554)

  • Casual Theatre Technician - Professional Services

    Warwick School is seeking to appoint a Casual Theatre Technician from August 2024. The primary duties of Casual Theatre Technician is to work very closely with the Technical Manager to support all aspects of audiovisual event delivery with internal users and external clients.

  • Boarding House Chef (Professional Services)

    We are seeking to appoint a Boarding House Chef to help a busy and thriving Warwick School Foundation Catering Department to ensure an exceptional high standard of food is delivered for Boarders dining. The role is required to start as soon as possible. 

    Working hours: 11:30am - 7:30pm Wednesday to Sunday, 37 hours per week for 36 weeks per year. 

    The salary range is Support Staff Points 19 - 21: 

    • FTE: £24,754 - £25,773
    • Actual: £20,342 - £21,180 per annum (Pro-rata for 36 weeks per year).

    Warwick Schools Foundation are looking to appoint Casual Sports Coaches from a variety of backgrounds to help a busy and thriving department with up-and-coming sport camps and activities!

    Duties of the role include: 

    • To plan, set up and deliver sport specific classroom based and physical sessions based on the chosen sport of the camp that meet the camps age criteria and needs (dependent on qualifications) and to undertake all administrative tasks associated with the position, including Camp registers. 
    • Coaches to provide supervision and direction to Sport Camp Assistants & participants. 
    • Sport Camp Assistants to aid coaches with session and activity needs. 

    Hours of Work: Casual – Zero Hour contract. Typical working hours are 8:30am – 3.30pm with subject to camp needs. Camps will be during school holidays
