  • Hospitality and Event Assistants (casual)

    We are seeking to appoint casual Hospitality and Event Assistants to support a busy and thriving Hospitality and Leisure Department with the smooth operation of events, whilst providing excellent customer service.

    The successful applicant will have experience of working in a public facing role and be an effective communicator and a team player.

    Salary : age 21 years and over, £14.28 per hour including holiday pay.
                  age below 21 years, £13.50 per hour including holiday pay.

  • Catering Assistant

    We are seeking to appoint a Catering Assistant with excellent customer service skills to assist our busy and thriving Catering department. 

    The successful candidate will be able to

    • assist with food preparation and the service of all meals 
    • assist in the preparation of the dining room and kitchen ready for service
    • ensure the kitchen and dining room are cleaned and maintained to a high standard during and after service
    • comply with Statutory Regulations pertaining to the safe and hygienic operation of the kitchen as directed by the Head Chef or Front of House Manager.

    Hours of work : 28.75 hours per week, working five over seven days from 9.15am to 3.00pm, term time only (including INSET and 3 days)

    Salary: spine point 11, £14,800 per annum actual salary

  • Chef de Partie

    We are seeking to appoint a Chef de Partie with excellent culinary skills to assist in our busy and thriving Catering department. 

    The successful candidate will 

    •  have excellent culinary skills
    •  have the ability to cook fresh produce to a high standard
    • understand Nutritional Guidelines in Schools and provide a healthy balance of menu items 
    • understand health and safety principles and safe working practices in a catering environment.

     Hours of work : 40 hours per week, Term Time Only (including INSET and 3 days)

    Salary range: Foundation Point 17 to 20​, £21,213 to £22,371 per annum actual salary range                                                                                                                   £24,200 to £25,522 per annum full-time equivalent range

  • Foundation Mini Bus Drivers

    We are seeking to appoint mini bus drivers to support our school bus service. Drivers will be responsible for safely transporting approximately 150 students to and from school each day. This role requires excellent driving skills, punctuality, and a commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers.

    The role of a mini bus driver is to

    • adhere to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times
    • ensure the safety and security of all passengers during transit
    • conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs
    • maintain a clean and orderly vehicle
    • follow all traffic laws and school bus policies
    • communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
    • assist students with boarding and exiting the bus as needed
    • handle emergencies and unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.

     The successful candidates will

    • hold a valid driving licence with a clean driving record
    • be familiar with the local area 
    • be patient and have a friendly demeanour when interacting with students
    • have the ability to assist students with boarding and exiting the bus as required
    • understand the role in the context of safeguarding children and young people.

    This is a permanent position working 20 hours per week, based at the main site of The Kingsley School, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. The salary for this role is £10,124 per annum prorata. The position is for 20 hours per week, working for 35.4 weeks of the year from Monday to Friday. The hours are 6.45am to 8.45am and from 3.30pm to 5.30pm.

  • Casual Theatre Technicians

    We are seeking to appoint Casual Theatre Technicians.

    Suitable candidates will:

    • Assist with rigging and setting up of lighting sound, A.V. and staging equipment under the direction of the Technical Manager​

    • Operating lighting, sound or video on events​

    • Assist with the setup of A.V. equipment across the Foundation

    • Act as Duty Technician to support in house productions and visiting companies​

    • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve any problems where possible.​

    • Assist with general technical housekeeping​

    • Maintain a positive relationship with all staff, students and clients, through effective, professional communication.

    Salary: £14.47 per hour (£12.58 plus £2.10 holiday pay)
