Cleaning Operative (Weekend)

We are seeking to appoint six Cleaning Operatives to support a busy and thriving cleaning department over the weekend.

Duties include cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, and communal areas by dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.

The role is all year round and involves sanitising toilets and washrooms, replenishing supplies, emptying bins, and disinfecting high touch surfaces such as door handles and desks. They are expected to report maintenance issues, adhere to cleaning schedules, store materials safely, and act in accordance with the school’s safeguarding policies.

Hours of Work: 16 hrs per week, Saturday and Sunday, 07:00 – 16:00 (including 1-hour unpaid break).  Some flexibility will be required to cover events.  
Salary: Actual salary £10,159 per annum (FTE: £23,492 per annum)
Location: Warwick Campus

The post holder will report to the Cleaning Manager.

Closing date: Friday, 2nd January 2026 at 12pm. 
Interview date: Saturday 10th January 2026 and Sunday 11th January 2026.
