Senior Catering Assistant
We wish to recruit a Senior Catering Assistant to work at King's High School.
The successful candidate will have
- experience of working in a commercial catering environment or similar for at least 1 year
- Food Safety Training at Level 2
- an appreciation of cleanliness and hygiene standards
- a basic knowledge of Health & Safety at Work requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe preparation and service of all meals and refreshments.
The post-holder will report to the Front of House and Hospitality Manager.
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, working 5 over 7 days from 7:30 to 15:30 with 30 minutes' unpaid lunch each day. The position is term time only, including INSET days, plus 3 days working.
Salary: Foundation payscale Point 12, FTE: £23,793 per annum to Point 15, FTE: £24,623 per annum.
Actual salary range: Point 12, £19,553 per annum to Point 15, £20,234 per annum.
