  • Casual Leisure Attendant (Sports Centre)

    We are seeking to appoint Leisure Attendants on a casual basis, to assist in the high-quality running of the day-to-day operational efficiency of the Sports Centre and associated sports facilities.to assist in the high-quality running of the day-to-day operational efficiency of the Sports Centre and associated sports facilities. 

    Salary: Point 11 of the Foundation's Support Pay Scales which is equivalent to £14.29 per hour including holiday pay (£12.21 per hour excluding holiday pay). This includes the cost of living pay increase applicable from September 2025. 

    Predicted working hours:
    Monday-Friday 17:30-21:30
    Saturday-Sunday 08:00-18:00

  • Catering Assistant (Full-Time) Term Time

    We are seeking to appoint a full-time Catering Assistant to work during term-time to help the busy and thriving Catering Department.

    The successful applicant will :

    • Assist with the preparation of and service of all meals and refreshments as determined by the Head Chef and Front of House Manager.
    • Ensure the safe service of all meals and drinks.
    • Undertake the delivery of hospitality requirements across campus.
    • Ensure the kitchen and dining rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard 

    The post-holder will have experience of working in a catering environment or similar for at least 1 year with an ability to handle food and production techniques, and an appreciation of cleanliness, hygiene standards and basic knowledge of health and safety at work requirements.

    This role will report to Front of House and Hospitality Manager.

    Hours of Work : 37.5 hours per week, working five over seven days from 8:00am to 4.00pm with a 30-min unpaid break 
    Weeks per year: 36 weeks per year

    Salary : £19,305 per annum (pro rata salary)

  • Casual Swim Teachers Level 1 & 2

    We are looking to appoint excellent Swimming Teachers for our Foundation Swim School. 

    The Swimming Teacher will deliver an effective coaching and teaching program in a friendly and professional manner to all who participate in the Warwick Schools Foundation Swim Scheme.

    The Swimming Teacher will be responsible for developing water confidence, safety, and technical swimming skills across a range of participants of different abilities—from non-swimmers to advanced swimmers.

    Predicted hours of work : Fridays: 18:00-19:00, Saturdays: 08:30-13:30/14:30, Sundays:08:30-13:00/14:00

    Salary : 

    •Level 1: Support Staff Point 22 to 25: £16.91 (£14.46 per hour plus £2.46 holiday pay) to £18.59 per hour (£15.89 per hour plus £2.70 holiday pay)

    •Level 2: Support Staff Point 27 to 30 : £19.79 (£16.92 plus £2.88 holiday pay) to £21.59 per hour (£18.45 plus £3.14 holiday pay)

  • Casual Theatre Technicians

    We are seeking to appoint Casual Theatre Technicians.

    Suitable candidates will:

    • Assist with rigging and setting up of lighting sound, A.V. and staging equipment under the direction of the Technical Manager​

    • Operating lighting, sound or video on events​

    • Assist with the setup of A.V. equipment across the Foundation

    • Act as Duty Technician to support in house productions and visiting companies​

    • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve any problems where possible.​

    • Assist with general technical housekeeping​

    • Maintain a positive relationship with all staff, students and clients, through effective, professional communication.

    Salary: £14.47 per hour (£12.58 plus £2.10 holiday pay)

  • Senior Catering Assistant

    We wish to recruit a Senior Catering Assistant to work at King's High School.

    The successful candidate will have

    • experience of working in a commercial catering environment or similar for at least 1 year
    • Food Safety Training at Level 2 
    • an appreciation of cleanliness and hygiene standards
    • a basic knowledge of Health & Safety at Work requirements.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe preparation and service of all meals and refreshments.

    The post-holder will report to the Front of House and Hospitality Manager.

    Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, working 5 over 7 days from 7:30 to 15:30 with 30 minutes' unpaid lunch each day. The position is term time only, including INSET days, plus 3 days working.

    Salary: Foundation payscale Point 12, FTE: £23,793 per annum to Point 15, FTE: £24,623 per annum.
    Actual salary range: Point 12, £19,553 per annum to Point 15, £20,234 per annum.
