Make a Will Online
Now more convenient and secure than ever, you can easily leave a gift in your will. We work in partnership with Make a Will Online to help our supporters turn their intentions into a reality. You can go to https://makeawillonline.co.uk/warwickfoundation and follow the instructions. Every will is checked by a fully qualified solicitor and you’ll be able to get any legal questions answered too. The service also benefits from free access to Capacity Vault: the best way to protect the wishes in your will online.
Unrestricted gifts to the Foundation are incredibly important, but we appreciate that members of our community have connections with particular schools. If you would like to leave a gift to your school, please complete the Letter of Wishes form which you can find when you set up your will through the free service.
Make a will face to face
Our free will writing services cover simple wills, which is suitable for the majority of people. However, we advise you have a bespoke will drafted with a solicitor of your choosing, if you:
- Have a large estate or assets above the inheritance tax threshold
- Have complex requirements or wishes, such as Trusts or Foreign Assets
- Have concerns about mental capacity or challenge to your will
If you would prefer to speak directly with a solicitor and you don’t already have one, you can find one through the Law Society.
Please make sure your solicitor uses our full details. Our name: Warwick Schools Foundation, our charity number: 528775 and our registered address: Myton Road, Warwick CV34 6PP.
Privacy
When you make a will online we learn about your details and the details of any pledges, eg, when a will is made, the types of gifts and amounts pledged, your name, year of birth, email and address. Where you provide consent, we are able to say thank you and keep in touch. We know that some of our supporters want to make a will and leave a gift completely confidentially without us finding out about this. If you want to do this, you can use this link to make a will online. Whichever way you choose to remember us, we are extremely grateful.
