Pastoral Administrator - Warwick School

Warwick School is seeking to appoint a Pastoral Administrator from May 2025. The post will be attractive to someone with excellent administrative skills who wishes to be part of a team of individuals working towards our common goal of being the most inspiring, rounded, and caring boys’ school in the UK.

The role primarily involves supporting the pastoral team in being able to deliver exceptional pastoral care but would also involve supporting the wider administrative work of the school as directed by the Attendance Officer

The postholder will report to the Deputy Head (Pastoral) but will be expected to work alongside the Academic and Co-curricular administrator as well as the Attendance Officer to ensure the smooth running of the school on a daily basis.
 

Working hours : The hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, 38.4 weeks a year, mainly term time and additional weeks during Easter and the summer holidays

Salary : £20,862 (FTE : £23,800) to £22,132 (FTE : 25,249)
