Boarders Catering Assistant (Professional Services)
We are seeking to appoint a Boarders Catering Assistant to help a busy and thriving Catering Department to ensure an exceptional high standard of food is delivered for Boarders dining.
The duties include:
- To assist with the preparation and service of all meals and refreshments as determined by the Head Chef and Front of House Manager
- To assist with the preparation of the dining rooms and kitchen ready for service.
- To ensure the safe service of all meals and drinks.
- To comply with Statutory Regulations pertaining to the safe and hygienic operation of the kitchen as directed by the Head Chef or Front of House Manager, including the maintenance of records.
Hours of Work: 12:00pm – 08:00pm (37.5 hours) Monday to Friday, 36 weeks per year.
Pay Banding: Point 11 of the Foundation Pay Scale.
- FTE £21,472 per annum
- Actual £17,645 per annum
