Kitchen Store Person (Professional Services)

We are seeking to appoint a Kitchen Store Person to help a busy and thriving Catering Department. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a catering environment or similar and will have the ability to demonstrate good food handling and production techniques.

Duties of the Kitchen Store Person include:

  • To manage and control all goods-in and storage areas.
  • To liaise directly with suppliers if there are any stock issues such as poor quality, damaged or missing items, ensuring the Senior Sous Chef is made aware.
  • To effectively stock rotate all areas.
  • To ensure there is correct segregation between cooked and raw items as well as allergenic foods.

Hours of Work: 07:00am – 3:30pm Monday to Friday (40 hours), all year round.

Pay Banding: Points 12-15 of the Foundation Pay Scale. Actual: £23,508 – £24,583
