Science Technician - Warwick School

Warwick School is seeking to appoint a positive, reliable, and knowledgeable Science Technician, who will be vital for the successful delivery of the Science curriculum throughout the school.
The individual will support the staff and students in the department with their experimental work, whilst being a strong team player within a large and very successful academic department.The successful candidate will be friendly, positive, articulate, and well-organised, capable of working to deadlines and multi-tasking effectively. They will need an excellent awareness of the health and safety regulations and implications of the work of a busy Science Department.
The position will report Team Lead (Science Technician).
The role is 37 hours a week, 35.4 weeks per year (term-time only including INSET days) working 8.30am to 4.30pm, with a 36 minute unpaid lunch break.
Salary : The salary scale for this role is 12 (FTE : £23,793 pa) to 15 (£24,623 pa)
Actual Salary equates to : Point 12 - £19,024 per annum to Point 15 - £19,687 per annum
