Cleaning Manager (Professional Services)
Warwick Schools Foundation is seeking to appoint a Cleaning Manager to provide daily operational management support of the cleaning services across the Foundation.
The Cleaning Manager will have the daily responsibility of the school's cleaning teams, ensuring the most effective and efficient delivery of service is achieved. The post holder is expected to have exceptional communication skills and a track record of excellent people management skills to achieve the high standards required for the schools.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of leading and managing large/multi-site cleaning teams within a school environment and have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Support Staff Points 23 – 26: £29,491 - £32,541
Hours of Work:
- 40 hours per week, all year round.
- The post holder will report to the Facilities Manager.
- Direct line management of Cleaning Supervisors
- Line management support for in excess of 50 cleaning staff
