Part-time Receptionist - Warwick School
Warwick School is seeking to appoint a Part-time Receptionist (Thursday and Friday afternoons, 1 - 5.30pm) from November 2024.
The primary duties of the Part-Time Receptionist are to cover all aspects of reception. Ranging from answering phones, greeting parents and dealing with student queries, to assisting the Attendance Officer with the register.
The post will be attractive to someone who is dynamic, detail-orientated and able to work with a wide range of departments and stakeholders.

The role includes responsibility for:
- Answering all incoming calls and directing them to an appropriate extension.
- Greeting visitors to the school.
- Helping the Attendance Officer with updating the register.
The Part-Time Receptionist will report directly to PA to Senior Deputy Head.
The key areas of responsibility and duties which attach to the position are set out below, although the list is not exhaustive, and the Part-Time Receptionist may be expected to assume additional responsibilities as reasonably requested by the Head.
The salary scale for this role is Point 12 – to Point 15
£22,500 - £23,450 full time, £4,363 – £4,548 pro-rata.
