  • Casual Swim Teachers Level 1 and Level 2

    We are looking to appoint excellent Swimming Teachers for our Foundation Swim School. 

    The Swimming Teacher will deliver an effective coaching and teaching program in a friendly and professional manner to all who participate in the Warwick Schools Foundation Swim Scheme.

    The Swimming Teacher will be responsible for developing water confidence, safety, and technical swimming skills across a range of participants of different abilities—from non-swimmers to advanced swimmers.

    Predicted hours of work : Fridays: 18:00-19:00, Saturdays: 08:30-13:30/14:30, Sundays:08:30-13:00/14:00

    Salary : 

    Level 1: Support Staff Point 22 to 25: £16.91 (£14.46 per hour plus £2.46 holiday pay) to £18.59 per hour (£15.89 per hour plus £2.70 holiday pay)

    Level 2: Support Staff Point 27 to 30 : £19.79 (£16.92 plus £2.88 holiday pay) to £21.59 per hour (£18.45 plus £3.14 holiday pay)

  • Event Manager

    We are seeking to appoint an Event Manager to help a busy and thriving Events Department. 

    The role will play a critical role in overseeing the entire event journey, from being the first point of contact for customers, conducting client showdowns, managing event bookings to obtaining customer feedback following the event.

    The successful applicant must demonstrate confidence to act on own initiative with strong negotiation and persuasion skills. The post-holder will have effective communication skills with high level of time management and ability to drive customer service. 

    This role will report to Foundation Director of Hospitality & Leisure.

    Hours of work : 37 hours per week, occasional weekends

    Salary : Foundation point 19 equivalent to FTE £25,249 pa to 22 equivalent to FTE 27,058 pa. New rates applicable effective from 1st September 2025.

  • Sports Centre Duty Manager

    We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Sports Centre Duty Manager.

    We seek an experienced and proactive leader to oversee the daily operations of the WISF Sports Centres, including the Astros, Tennis, and Netball facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the centre, solving any operational challenges, and maintaining the highest standards of service and facility management.

    You will provide transparent, constructive, and timely feedback to staff and offer strong leadership and support in all situations, including emergencies. ​

    Working hours: 37.5 Hours per week, five over seven days per week

    Salary: £26,643 to £28,990

  • Deputy Payroll Manager

    We are seeking to appoint an excellent Payroll Deputy Manager at Warwick Schools Foundation.

    The successful candidate will be able to

    • Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for all Foundation employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
    • Support the Payroll Manager in administering pensions, including Teachers’ Pension Scheme (TPS) and Aviva, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements 
    • Manage the input and maintenance of payroll records, ensuring accurate recording of pay, benefits, overtime, absence and other adjustments
    • Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations, including PAYE, NI and statutory payments such as SSP, SMP and SSP
    • Assist with the preparation and submission of monthly and annual returns including FPS, EPS, P11Ds and year-end processes

    Hours of work : 37 hours per week, all year round

    Salary: £33,534 - £36,558 per annum actual salary

  • Purchase Ledger Manager

    We are seeking to appoint a Purchase Ledger Manager to help a busy and thriving finance team to oversee the Accounts Payable function across the Foundation.

    The successful applicant will possess a high degree of accuracy to manage the full purchase ledger process with the ability to prioritise tasks to ensure timely and accurate posting of supplier invoices to the finance system. They will be highly organised ensuring accurate recording of commitments, processing payment runs, including BACS payments, managing corporate credit cards while ensuring compliance compliance with Foundation policies, charity finance regulations and internal records.

    The post holder will report to the Senior Finance Business Partner that line manages the Purchase Ledger Team.

    Hours of work : The role is 37 hours per week, all year round.

    Salary : Foundation payscale point 32 (FTE : £37,611 per annum) to Point 35 (FTE : £40,767 per annum)

  • Finance Apprentice

    We are seeking to appoint a Finance Apprentice to help a busy and thriving finance team to support the Foundation with financial processes and day-to-day operations.

    The successful candidate will be :

    • Assisting the purchase ledger clerk or billing clerk with inputting invoices on the finance system along with administration of credit card statements and any stationery orders.
    • Review purchase orders with appropriate ledger & department codes and match purchase orders and delivery notes with invoices
    • Reconcile supplier statements and assist in resolving discrepancies while managing supplier and budget holder queries professionally and efficiently

    The post holder will be highly organised with high attention to detail to maintain accurate records and filing systems in line with the Foundation policies, charity finance regulations and internal controls.

    This role will report to the Senior Finance Business Partner.

    Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, all year round

    Salary range : Apprentice Year 1 Grade - £10 per hour

  • Casual Theatre Technicians

    We are seeking to appoint Casual Theatre Technicians.

    Suitable candidates will:

    • Assist with rigging and setting up of lighting sound, A.V. and staging equipment under the direction of the Technical Manager​

    • Operating lighting, sound or video on events​

    • Assist with the setup of A.V. equipment across the Foundation

    • Act as Duty Technician to support in house productions and visiting companies​

    • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve any problems where possible.​

    • Assist with general technical housekeeping​

    • Maintain a positive relationship with all staff, students and clients, through effective, professional communication.

    Salary: £14.47 per hour (£12.58 plus £2.10 holiday pay)
